Payment Methods

The payment methods accepted for the purchase of our products are:

  • SEPA bank transfer, vs IBAN T87V0760116800001050935863 | Bank: Poste Italiane – Filiale di Nissoria;
  • PayPal, through which it is possible to pay by credit cards.

In case of payment by SEPA bank transfer, the Buyer undertakes to personally make the payment within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email and to send the proofs of payment to info@bottegadellecassatelle.it .

The ordered products will be delivered to the Purchaser, at the address indicated by him, in the manner chosen by the same or indicated on the Site at the time of purchase. Delivery will take place within the terms indicated in the order confirmation.

For “Agira srls it is important that products are protected from sudden changes in temperature and accidental shocks during shipment. For this reason the products are properly packaged.

To avoid that the products remain in the courier depots for too long, shipments are made: on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for Italy; Mondays and Tuesdays for abroad.

Agira srls undertakes to deliver the product within the indicative term of 14 working days starting from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract and in any case no later than the legal term of 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The service involves a delivery attempt at the address indicated at the time of the order. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a paper notice of the passage asking the Buyer to contact the nearest office to arrange the delivery or to change the address of the same. The Courier reserves the right to contact the Customer by telephone in case of non-delivery instead of leaving a written notice.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Purchaser is required to verify the conformity of the product delivered with the order placed; only after this verification will the delivery documents be signed, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

Agira srls assumes no responsibility for the delay or failure to deliver the product due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute within the agreed time.

Agira srls will not be liable to any party or third party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, since the Buyer is only entitled to a refund of any price paid.

Agira srls will provide the products and / or services requested by the Buyer in the manner and within the deadline chosen by the Buyer or indicated on the Site or in the order confirmation. In the event that Agira srls is unable to supply the product within the deadline, the Buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail, indicating when it is expected to be able to supply the Product or start the service. or the reasons that make the performance itself definitively impossible.

If the User does not intend to accept the new term or the service has become impossible, he can request a refund of the price paid, which will be credited promptly.In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which Agira srls became aware of the withdrawal itself.

Except as specifically provided for by the seller in the previous points, to be understood as expressly referred to herein, the same undertakes to supply the Product with the utmost diligence, good faith and fairness.
